A thankful heart

Abstract

The year 2021 ended with mixed memories. It was bombarded with various challenges and pressures. First, the spike of Covid-19 infections, which never get weary of mutating and evolving itself to the detriment of its human victims.The pandemic has become a big stumbling block in our pursuit for a more progressive economy and elevating the plight of many poor Filipinos who have been living in poverty. With the rising number of Covid-19 infected Filipinos, reaching nearly to three million, plus the thousands of mortalities, some may ask: Is there a reason or something to thank for?
