Abstract
The year 2020 has been a tough one for everyone because of the COVID-19 pandemic and has become very demotivating to many civil servants. Still, it did not stop the Institute from recognizing its employees' exemplary deeds. The HRMU, with the help of the units and sections under Finance and Administrative Division, was able to conduct the Institute's yearly tradition even during the new normal thru an online virtual conference application.
